It’s finally here! Years in the making and a logistical nightmare to plan, we’re finally at the start of our epic American Adventure. Three months of exploring this vast and diverse country, travelling over 10,000 miles and seeing some of the most spectacular scenery on earth.
The two non USA states we will be visiting are Ontario, Canada because we believe the views of Niagara Falls are better from the Canadian side than the U.S. side, although in fairness we are also staying in Buffalo, NY so get to see both sides anyway. However the most curious city on our list is Washington D.C. which according to reliable sources is a territory and not a state, nor is it part of any U.S. state.
Due to the huge array of towns, cities and interesting locations we will be covering during our trip we will more than likely be sending out more frequent but shorter posts. We will keep the travel map updated as accurately as we can, we will try not to eat too much food and we will make sure we have our Bear Spray for Yellowstone.
Should curiosity arise regarding the path of our voyage,
gaze upon the timetable for our expected destinations.
We plan to travel to several other destinations along our route and may make minor adjustments if something piques our interest. However, this list represents our current itinerary as we journey across the United States.
I can’t believe this time next week we’ll be in Washington D.C. 🙂
All the many many months we’ve spent planning, organising, researching and a bit more planning it’s now coming to fruition. USA here we come. 😁

This is such a cool itenary, beats mine travelling to tiny resorts around Italy!
It’s going to be a very busy trip with lots to see and do, we’re getting excited now… Italy is better than staying home but I do recall some of the streets there can be a little narrow for your big coach.
